The price of the stand depends on size and placement. These will be available for purchase until May of 2017. We will have spaces available for brands that would like to exhibit products and/or services. Spaces are as follows:

2 People for 2x4 stands are permitted. 3 people for 4 x4 stands. 6 People dor 8x4 stands. Badges will be required at all times during the event.

Only products that were registered and authorized will be allowed on the exhibit floor. All products should adhere to the terms and conditions and the sale or use of alcoholic beverages or drugs is prohibited during the event.

Restaurants and persons handling food shall post their food handler’s permit in a visible location.

The event’s concepts centers around responsibility and sustainability of natural resources. Therefore, we will provide separate receptacles for proper recycling and trash management. Our responsibility and care for mother earth is paramount.

As an exhibitor, you will be responsible for adhering to the event’s schedule and times. This is necessary in order to guarantee a successful event. Exhibitors that do not adhere the schedule will not be allowed to participate in the event.

Exhibitors will be responsible for the proper use and condition of all supplied materials and property and will be responsible for any damages to said materials or property.

Having well presented and detailed information about your company and/or products will help your stand and will improve the event's image among top international events. It is to your best interest to present your organization as best as possible.

Event signups will close on the 10th of February of 2017.
